Bottles should be kept in refrigerator at all times when not in use.

Smoothies should be placed in hot water to warm it up, or poured in a cup and placed in the microwave; hot enough to heat the smoothie, but not to melt the bottle.

You drink 3 bottles a day!

We recommend getting a 1-week supply in order to increase your milk production and anything less will only sustain your result.

You should start seeing results within 2 to 4 days of using Golden Streams. (Keep in mind that everyone’s body works differently)
